Veteran Pakistani actress Bushra Ansari recently surprised fans with a light-hearted revelation about how she once deleted the phone numbers of two of the country’s biggest stars, Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa, after assuming they were too busy to stay in touch.
In a recent interview, Bushra Ansari shared that she had sent messages to both actors on separate occasions but did not receive replies. Instead of taking it personally, she concluded that their packed professional schedules were likely the reason for the silence. To avoid repeatedly messaging them or feeling disappointed, she decided to delete their contact numbers from her phone.
However, the decision later led to unexpected and humorous situations. Bushra recalled receiving a message saying “Apa, I love you, I miss you,” but since she no longer had the number saved, she only saw the initials “MK.” Confused, she assumed it might be Mishi Khan and responded accordingly.
It was later revealed that the message was actually from Mahira Khan, who was surprised to learn that Bushra no longer had her number saved. The situation quickly turned emotional as Mahira reportedly became concerned, wondering whether Bushra was upset with her.
A similar misunderstanding occurred with Fahad Mustafa, when he contacted Bushra and was asked to identify himself. The actor was equally surprised to discover that his number had also been deleted.
Despite the confusion, Bushra Ansari clarified that there was no misunderstanding or personal grudge involved. She expressed deep admiration for both Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa, praising their professionalism, humility, and respectful nature in the industry. She also noted that both stars are extremely busy, which is why she never took their delayed responses to heart.
Bushra further emphasized that she considers them like her own children and holds them in high regard. The matter eventually ended on a positive note, with laughter shared between them and their contacts restored.
