Several well-known names from the Pakistani film industry have publicly expressed their support for Babrik, highlighting the actor’s longstanding association with Lollywood and his popularity among former colleagues.
Babrik Shah belongs to a family connected with Pakistan’s film industry. Following in his family’s footsteps, he entered showbiz and built his career as a film actor during a period when Pakistani cinema was producing movies on a much larger scale.
The changing landscape of the local film industry eventually resulted in fewer opportunities for many established actors. Babrik’s appearances on the big screen also became less frequent, keeping him away from the mainstream entertainment spotlight for an extended period.
His participation in Tamasha Season 5 has now brought him back before a much wider television and digital audience.
During his time in the reality show, Babrik has attracted attention for his distinctive personality, sense of humour and interactions with fellow contestants. His experience in the entertainment industry has also helped him bring a different perspective to the Tamasha house.
As the competition enters its final phase, support for the actor is no longer limited to viewers of the reality show.
A number of his Lollywood colleagues have stepped forward with messages of encouragement. Babar Ali, Arbaaz Khan, Saud Qasmi, Jan Rambo and Mishi Khan are among the celebrities who have shown their support for Babrik as he moves closer to the Tamasha 5 finale.
Their public messages have also highlighted Babrik’s continued relationships within Pakistan’s film fraternity despite his relatively low profile in mainstream cinema in recent years.
For many longtime followers of Pakistani cinema, Babrik’s appearance on Tamasha has offered an opportunity to reconnect with a familiar face from the country’s film era.
At the same time, his participation has introduced the veteran actor to younger audiences who may not have followed his earlier film career closely.
Babrik’s presence on Tamasha has also generated discussion on social media, where viewers have been sharing clips, comments and messages in support of the actor.
With the finale approaching, attention is now focused on how Babrik’s journey on Tamasha Season 5 will conclude. His growing support from both viewers and established Lollywood personalities has added another interesting dimension to the final stage of the reality show.
The actor’s Tamasha appearance has effectively placed him back at the center of entertainment conversations, bringing together longtime fans of Pakistani cinema and a newer generation of reality-show viewers.
