Pakistani music superstar Atif Aslam has opened up about his remarkable artistic journey, revealing that years of international tours, commercial success, and professional commitments caused him to lose connection with the original passion that shaped his music career.
Ahead of the release of his fourth studio album “Subah Aye Na,” Atif shared that he had to “go back to zero” to rediscover himself as an artist and reconnect with the musical roots that first made him a household name.
The singer described the upcoming album as his most personal project in nearly two decades, explaining that the creative process allowed him to explore a deeper and more authentic side of his artistry. He also expressed his desire to release new music more frequently, with hopes of creating a new album every year in the future.
Atif Aslam began his musical journey in the early 2000s when he gained recognition as the lead vocalist of the Pakistani band Jal.
