Renowned actor and director Usman Mukhtar marked his fourth wedding anniversary with an emotional tribute to his wife, Zunaira Inam Khan, expressing his deep gratitude for her love, patience, and partnership.
Taking to Instagram, the Anaa and Sabaat star shared a heartfelt message celebrating four years of marriage and the joy of family life with Zunaira and their daughter, Siera Inam Mukhtar, who was born earlier this year.
Reflecting on his life before marriage, Mukhtar wrote, “A few days ago I was looking at some old pictures from my teenage years — back when life was simple, with zero responsibilities, no stress, and unlimited bad hair choices.”
“For a second, I thought, ‘man, I wish I could go back.’ But then it hit me — I wouldn’t,” he continued. “Because no version of life feels right without you and Siera in it.”
The actor went on to praise his wife for being his anchor and constant source of balance. “Zunu, I don’t say this enough — you keep me grounded, sane, and a little less chaotic. Without you, I wouldn’t even be a hot mess. I’d just be… a mess, in Crocs, shorts, and that ridiculously oversized monkey t-shirt you hate,” he wrote.
Ending the post with humor and affection, Mukhtar added, “You’re my best friend, my voice of reason, and my favourite person to annoy forever. I love you! Happy 4th Anniversary, Zunu.”
A Love Story Built on Partnership and Purpose
Usman Mukhtar and Zunaira Inam Khan tied the knot in an intimate nikkah ceremony on March 31, 2021. Earlier this year, the couple welcomed their first child, daughter Siera, on February 23, 2025.
While Mukhtar continues to make waves in acting and directing, Zunaira leads an impressive professional career of her own. She heads the Afghanistan Programme at Islamabad’s Institute of Regional Studies, specializing in international law, human rights, and foreign policy.
A double master’s graduate from the University of Western Australia, she has also worked with Walk Free Australia, the Mountain and Glacier Protection Organisation, and Fazilia Trust Pakistan.
Together, the couple represents a blend of creativity, intellect, and compassion — a partnership admired by fans for its authenticity and warmth.
